When the cooling system of the leak test is completed, should be filled with refrigerant. But the freon refrigeration system, before filling the refrigerant, the system must also be vacuum drying. When the drying is not complete, the refrigerant can not be filled. 

The method of filling the refrigerant is as follows:

(1) The filling of the refrigerant should first be carried out on the high pressure side. Connect the refrigerant bottle to the filling valve of the system. Before tightening the filling valve, open the liquid bottle valve and flush the impurities and air in the pipe.

(2) the refrigerant bottle head down, or at least 30 tilt. place. It is best placed on the platform scales, with the filling of the progress, and constantly adjust its angle, so that all the liquid net, but also weighing the amount of filling.

(3) to the condenser and cold storage tank cylinder through the cooling water.

(4) Close the dryer bypass valve, open the dryer inlet and outlet valves, and turn on the solenoid valve in the system.

(5) slightly open the refrigerant bottle valve, when the system pressure rose to 2 ~ 3kj / cm2, once again check whether there is leakage.

(6) after the normal, open the refrigerator, but note that the suction pressure should not be too low. When the suction pressure is lower than O k / cm2, the chiller operation should be stopped and the pressure should be raised before starting. When using water-cooled evaporator, pay attention to the temperature and flow of cooling water to prevent freezing.

(7) After filling, stop running, close the filling valve, open the dryer bypass valve, close the dryer inlet and outlet valves.

In the process of filling the refrigerant, with the decline in the temperature of the refrigerant bottle, the pressure is reduced, this time can be heated with warm water boost, never allowed to use roast or steam heating. For freon refrigeration systems, the desiccant should be replaced immediately after filling.
